Sponsored Events

Sponsorships are an important part of HOYT Realty's commitment to the community, and the programs that enrich the lives of all our residents. Besides our monthly First Thursday events in the spring and summer, HOYT is also actively involved in a number of other community events and activities.

Every year on July 14, Bastille Day in the Pearl marks the start of the French Revolution. HOYT supports the celebration held each year in the Pearl District's Jamison Square Park.

HOYT's neighborhood concerts, such as Pearl Jams 2.0, runs during the warmer months, and features a variety of musical bands and artists, often in outdoor venues.

The Old Church Sunday Jazz concert series showcases local jazz performers. HOYT's Benson Tower is a primary sponsor.

As a welcome gift, HOYT gives all new residents of the Metropolitan complimentary tickets to Portland Center Stage at the nearby Gerding Theatre. Plans are to do the same for new owners at the Encore as well.

And, every September, HOYT helps present the Time Based Art Festival, an international event by the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art (PICA), featuring dance, theater, visual art, film and video at venues all over Portland.
